Barry J. Winfree

Founder and owner Barry J. Winfree was raised in Detroit and developed his career inside high-expectation foodservice and corporate environments long before Blue Star Catering existed.

Barry’s background includes:

Hands-on restaurant and kitchen operations

Multi-unit management and leadership
New store openings and operational troubleshooting
Team development and systems-based execution
